Work Hard and Be Nice

Found this sign in a sweet little diner on the wharf in Monterey.  Fits our staff philosophy to a T!  Each year we have some tremendous folks working here.  One of our family camp guests has enjoyed them so much that she knits each one an absolutely stunning "chapeau."  They get to select the colors, then she, within a very short time, has finished each and every one.....  one to two a day! ... Soup, Berries and Bread…

  This falls "Soup of the Week" included, among others, Wild Rice Cranberry (some with chicken), Triple Purple Lentil, Beef and Spinach Curry.... and this one, the beginning of African Squash Chowder.  Rave reviews for most.... although Kashaya still can't wrap her taste buds around too many lentils.  Malanyon, on the other hand, loves them all!
